@eoinhurleytv2 Did you boot up your own game and actually test this or are you just making a bold (wrong) claim? It is intense. Do note that in Boss Battles, the bosses have less health and are slower than they are in the Subspace Emissary on Intense. Also, the end has an intense-only screenshot which shows the time it was completed.

Damn, you make it look so easy. I've been trying to beat this on Intense for a while now (I'm best with Lucas). I've even made it to Tabuu. My only problem is little slips in my timing. I'm jealous of your skill.
Heh, I'll claim best in the world in this mode only, but anything else I'm no where close. Anyway, about the triple ring attack, the best way to dodge it is (for me at least) to stand in the center of the stage and side-dodge (shield + down) so that you're still dodging as the red ring hits the stage. Once you get the timing down, you'll never get hit by it again.
That particular attack is the same speed regardless of what difficulty you're on so you can go into the SSE (where you have 6 "lives" and don't have to fight 9 other bosses to get there) and just practice. Also, if it helps, Tabuu does that attack on the 4th move, 12th move, 20th move, etc... every 8 moves ALWAYS. So if you count the number of moves he's done, you can get in position and prepare for the attack. Hope that info helps and thanks for the comment! ^^
I love the kill against Duon, did you plan on the missles appearing or was it totally random? I was dissappointed when the PK freeze move did not work on Meta Ridley for the kill. And the laser from Porky was a very close call. Awesome video as usual!^^:)

I'd use PK Freeze on Rayquaza in it were a Pokemon game. It would do 4 times the normal damage, as PK Freeze is really an ice move and Rayquaza is a dragon-flying type. I love Pokemon.
I know you can heal on Rayquaza's Hyper Beam (the ball of energies he shoots horizontally). And I'm pretty sure you can heal on Master Hand's bullets but I won't bet heavily on that. You also might (MIGHT) be able to heal on Meta Ridley's fireball attacks but again I'm not entirely sure. I would check to make sure for you but I'm not near a Wii right now nor will I be until later tonight.
You can do the same thing with Ridley's fireball when he hangs on the ship. The problem is that if you mistime it at all, the energy hits you and does a couple damage before it's sent back so I didn't want to risk using it. Plus it was way more fun to hold down and spam A as fast as I possibly could ^^
I think the easiest is Crazy Hand honestly because he has less than half the health that Petey has and if you're playing Petey and you trip, you're almost guaranteed to get hit. If you trip against Crazy Hand, you still have like 2 minutes to dodge whatever he's gonna do. It may be just me but I know I've gotten hit by Petey more than Crazy Hand.
Your NO DAMAGE runs have inspired me to revisit Boss Battles Intense.
Now, while I have nowhere near the level of patience to go for NO DAMAGE, or even No Hearts, I figure I should at least complete BBI with all 39 characters. 33/39 so far.
(Hopefully before you complete BBIND with all 39, because that's just embarrassing.)

Yeah, I used that tactic a lot when using Olimar because he can't jump over Duon to get away from the missiles so in order to avoid the risk of getting hit by them while dodging, I would just throw tons of pikmin where the missiles were so that they would blow up safely away from me. It's a really useful thing to know : )

I decided to send a PK Freeze that direction because I knew he'd be stopping somewhere after he disappeared and I happened to guess the correct general direction and I was able to guide it close enough to him : )
Thanks. I like Lucas' attacks better than Ness'. Not sure why but it felt more natural to control Lucas over Ness so I chose to do him first (that's what she said.......)
Lucas's PSI powers were different from Ness.

Sorry if I am meddling, but this day I have played, and Magnet PSI (Special B-Down)
can`t heal Rayquaza`s Hyper Beam, and can`t heal Meta Ridley`s fireballs either.
In conclusion, he can only heal Duon`s lasers and Master Hand`s bullets.
And, in a few days I`ll say you who can heal more damage, Ness or Lucas.

you can heal on master hands bullets, dualons lazers, meta ridlys small rapid fireballs (not the big ones) and only if you get them well

By the way, when Rayquaza does the blue pulse attack, you can use Ness/Lucas's forward smash to deflect it. (when they swing with a bat/stick.)
