I love Brandy and her trademark sound we all have grown affectionately attached to. But I, like all of those who posted, am lost, as to how ANY Brandy/Darkchild collabo could produce such a lack luster product. If these "leaked" songs are what they dropped someone is definitely attempting to sabotage someones success. If she sells don't all who are involved prosper? Nearly every album in the past was the bomb in every way, something is fishy here for sure. Love ya'll for posting.
Yeah, MoniMeka, and besides how does a song "leak" c'mon let's be real here. All the major labels and their production teams freak out over free downloads and file sharing, and this "free" leak is on Youtube, again the logic is twisted. They wanted us to buy the crappy album then released these fly songs anonymously AND didn't make no money????
All these good songs could've been a two disk release; one dance one ballads. Be well and thanks for responding.
Breaking news:Brandy wasnt allowed to pick any song for her last album human darkchild picked them for her without letting her have a say in it. To me this smells fishy. When she was able to pick she was on top of da world but when he pick them she was almost out of the music industry due to low sells of her previous album human. is darkchild tryn to set brandy up for failure?! What do you think?
I bought the album, cause I'm a big fan of hers (i loved the album afrodisiac very much!). But after listening to the new album I was very disappointed cause there was no single uptempo track on it. For me it was a very lame and boring album and I wondered why they left every ass-kicking song off the album which leaked on youtube (drum life ..) Could really be true that they didn't let her decide on the tracks for the album though ..
