He's an actor. Of course he is going to say what is politically expected from someone like him, but that doesn't make it any less ridiculous. No one mourns the Dodo, and if lions or zebras cease to exist, God knows no one will really care. Greenpeace will find other animals to treat as if they were fucking diamongs , like some stupid amazonian yellow birds no one gives two shit about.
Natural progression,not really,we should consider that we with opposable thumbs and large brains are prolific breeders, about 368,000 of us are born each day. So protecting lions is a good thing 'cause lions eat people...I am kidding...fact is if we are to maintain sustainable growth in our own species we need to protect the ecosystems that sustain us.
