An amazing, very underrated movie with a very underrated Gary Oldman, that all said and done is a moralistic, cautionary movie. Mark Isham score is, particularly good at the very end, is superb. Annabella Sciorra never looked prettier. This film deserves a few watchings, the first time I watched it I didn't know what to think. The second time, I fell in love with it. The poster added weird shots cut from "Babe" -- Ignore them!
this movie has no current peers- films today are so over-hyped and rely on cgi to the point that it seems all the good movies have been made , and that no new ones are left to be made...the last decent film I saw in a theatre was The Departed...
"Cause even after all of this, I bet she's still loves me"...that last line always makes me cry. I LOVE this movie! IMO it's one of the most underrated films ever...which is ok in a way, it's like gaving a great secret, which makes it even more special, plus this way it won't get exploited or badly copied. P.S. Now WHY did you have to f*ck up the mood with the "Babe" clips?

at 1:44 notice the Serpent symbol on ceiling in upper right corner.
The Movie is great on so many levels and is almost biblical in its theme..... tempted by a Serpent in the Garden of Eden.
