Ah, I know this guy! Well, I don't KNOW him but I've seen tons of photos of him hanging out with George back then. There's a pic of him, Sri Prabupadda, Patty, and George walking at Friar Park. I think this is also the one devotee who hung out in the corner while The Beatles were practicing at Twickenham Studios for "Get Back/Let It Be."

Something else to admire about George - he'd cultivated the kind of relationships with friends where he could get cranky and rather nasty and bring up a similar mood in the other person, but just when things looked really bad...they'd put the brakes on by cracking up about it together. :) I still love that man.
