I think is difficult for everyone to overcoming fears, but finally its worth the effort. Personally I spend some time alone in order to rethink my fears and I pay attention to who I really am, what I really want and how I can cope with my fears.
I find it very useful having conversations with other people who face the same fears and who are open minded enough to have an honest communication with me. I also try to be professionally informed about some things that matter to me. And I take my loved ones opinions seriously, because I trust them.
