  • 1.6 vti with 120 hp... WAY to weak for this car.... 163hp diesel is minimum for C5... even the 1.6 thp with 156 hp feels weak since the car weighs almost 1700 kg's.

  • Why is the revmeter made in a way that if you look from the center you cannot see the indicator in the first 2000 rpm and only the passenger can see it ?

    I know that French people are impractical, but not that stupid...

  • @ciutacu You're the one who's stupid...you cant see it here in video because camera is 10 cm away from the gauges...a driver can see everything... this car has one of the best ergonomy in class.... so its not impractical and definitely not stupid.

  • @derbigpr500 It's not ergonomic because you cannot see the first 2000 rpm from this position. In other cars, you can see them. I was saying that French people are stupid, but you said that the Citroen C5 it's stupid. I'm thinking you are right.

  • @ciutacu Well, now i know YOU are stupid....you dont even know what ergonomy is probably.... it doesnt have anything to do with rpm counter, and YES, you CAN see the rpm counter from drivers position...it was not made to that it would be visible from 10 cm away... if you cant understand that...then i dont know what to say...maybe go cure your anti-french way of thinking and jealousy somewhere else.

  • @derbigpr500 I didn't talked about you, and I know what ergonomy is. You can not know better than me if I know the meaning of one word. Look what I'm talking about: a car in wich you can see the first 2000 rpm from 10 cm away and in the Citroen C5 you can not: /watch?v=fIhfdI9M8kY And it's German. They are more practical then the French, wich is normal to be somewhat like that. After all, they are latin descendents.

  • @ciutacu WHY THE HELL would you need you rpm gauge be visible from 10 cm if you CANT POSSIBLY, PHYSICALLY PUT YOUR HEAD ANY CLOSER THAN 40 CM (that how far away steering wheel is ), and you head when you sit normally is more than 1 meter far away? You've never even sit inside C5...so dont talk about it being practical or not....it beats any german car in the class in every single way...especially the plastic boring cheap piece of shit "new" Passat.

  • @derbigpr500 And why is it the new C5 unmistakeably German? Some finer finishings than the old models doesn't make a car beat everyone in it's class.

  • its not diesel, because gears are long and redline above 5500 rpm, see taxo. and 2.0 hdi is rather faster. it is 2.0 16V 140 with AL4
