blade of woe (fully sharpened)

or

daedric dagger (full sharpened)

with

shrouded gloves (double sneak attack damage)

or

shrouded gauntlets

its kinda of a lengthy explanation i will try to do this as short as possible.

you get a letter with a black hand after finishing a mission (innocence lost). after you recieve the letter go to sleep on your bed for any amount of time. you will end up in a wherehouse with the black brother leader will give you sort of a test. you have two choices,

1. kill the leader right then and there and get the blade (suggested for good)

2. do the test and you will receive the blade later

If you want to do them all the time everytime you are behind them you have to have a very high sneak skill and then when you have a dagger equipped make sure you are literally almost right on there back, but not on their back. And you can only do this to any living humanoid like elves, orcs, humans, etc.
