  • those horses are probablt thinking this:

"What the hell are you doing? I'm galloping and you're hanging off the side of my back. Fine. Don't come crying or blaming me when you get hurt." LOL LOL

  • i saw this show (my mom dragged me to it but it was not that bad) i have one question though: how do they make the water dissapear?

  • oh yeah and this really was the best part! lol

  • Glad you liked it. Actually I worked in the stables and one of the performer's husbands made this video for me. So, actually I was not filming the show.

  • ahhh Eric and mini Eric...haha. Thanks for the vid. Do you know if there is vaulting in the new show?

  • I saw this show it was AMAZING!

  • This is pretty cool. I wish things like this would come to Michigan. That would be great. I want to do stuff like that but just to much of a scardy cat.

  • This is the best show of any kind I've ever seen!!! I have been a professional horse trainer for over 25yrs. and the things done with these horses defy even my imagaination! Run to see this show if you are so priviledged and bring plenty of tissue for your tears because the beauty of this spectacle is not to be believed! Next time it comes to Calif. I will go again and bring everyone I know!

    Thankyou so much for posting!

  • karen turvey is my boss :)

  • Neat! Karen is a great friend of mine and I worked with her in the show!

  • Yes, there is a lot of vaulting featured in the show. Have you seen it?

  • Look at 1:50

I do that stuff, its called vaulting

  • i actually know these two girls and they r frum california

  • This was my favorite part of the show too. I want to do this when I get older :P

  • That's OK, thanks for commenting on both videos though.

  • I LOVED THIS SHOW! I SAW IT JUST TODAY ON MARCH 21!!! IT WAS SOOO AMAZING, I WISH I COULD SEE IT AGAIN! DID YOU KNOW THAT THIS CAST AND ALL THE HORSES ORIGINATED FROM CANADA!!!! AND THAT ALL THE HORSES IN THE SHOW ARE ALL MALES!!! PLEASE IF YOU CAN GET A CHANCE TO SEE IT THEN GOOO!!! (p.s some people can be really stupid on youtube. i mean look at all the comments under me) OH AND THEY DID ORIGINATE FROM CANADA NOT FRANCE!!!

  • i didnt mean to put the p.s thing down.

  • hopefully never...that ruins the show...its better live

  • When is there going to be a movie or @ least a DVD put out.

  • This has been out on DVD for at least three years now. You can find it on the Cavalia website.

  • This is awesome! This may sound weird, but I really wanna be a trick rider and I've got the perfect pony! I stand up on him all the time.

  • Awesome! No it doesn't sound weird at all. Maybe if you are really good, someday you can work at a show just like this.

  • its nice to do ..

i'm also practicing trick riding (jumping of and on and over and many other stunts and i really love it

    the adrenaline is amazing..

  • Theres not much else to say about this except absolutely stunning.

  • i know one of the riders!! Linda from the thunderguys! i help them with the shows:D

  • Cool! Yea, I know a lot of the performers too. I used to work in the stables.

  • heh nice to meet you too

  • heh i loved cavalia

  • Good! I'm glad that you enjoyed the show so much. Where and when did you see it?

  • i saw it in the verizon ampitheatre and im hanna, my mom and i went to mideval times, and arabian nights

    but we liked this best

  • Ahh cool! I worked in the stables when they were in Santa Monica and of course when they came back to the Verizon Ampitheatre I went to see them again...and again...and again. I had to see all my friends. I have never been to Mideval Times or Arabian Nights, but I hope to see them one day. I'm Christianna and its nice to meet you!

  • woww.....

  • Int egt ist NOG beter en NOG enger!

    egt voor dood! <3 <3

    XD

  • that is bloody incredible!!!!!

  • I am going to see them in brussels next week!!! I can't wait, I have two trick rider friends in the show, they are incredible...

  • Cool! Who are your friends? I might know them because I worked with the show in the stables. Enjoy!!!

  • Alex and Olivier

  • Yep! I know them! Alex is a great rider! Say hello to them (although they may not remember me that well because its been a while), and if you get to meet a guy named Jimmy...maybe you could say hello to him from me. You don't have to tho. Enjoy the show, you are going to love it!!!

  • No problem, what's your name? you said you worked in the stables is that right?

  • Yes, my name is Christianna Triolo. I believe that Alex and Olivier joined after I left the show, but when I went back to see some of my other friends (like Magali, Frederic, and Ricky), I got to meet them. They signed some stuff for me. Jimmy tho was a stable hand with me, but now he is performing in both trick riding and dressage. Thanks! Oh by the way I worked when they were in Santa Monica, California if that helps any. Thanks!

  • Nice tricks they do and nice horses to.

  • I can't wait until they come back to Canada if they ever do. On July 20, I am going to see SAKA, From what I saw on TV, it looks a lot like Cavalia.

  • I do hope that they come back, although I know that from speaking with Normand that he was coming up with a second show. It would be great to see them back in North America! If I were to look up SAKA, would I find anything on it?

  • I have been trying to find an official website but I didnt find anything, the show is made the a co-founder of the Cirque Du Soleil, its called SAKA Pour l'amour des chevaux, maybe searching with it you can find photos. I will bring my video camera and film after and before the show

  • Cool. I did find some news articles on the show, but the co-founder is not Normand, so that answers my question in regard to this being a Cavalia 2.

  • Hey! Did you ever go to see SAKA? If so, tell me how was it?

  • Yes I went to see it. It is a very nice show but is it more like a `circus` but the trick riders are very good. They are as good as Cavalias'

  • they are in Amsterdam now and later they will go to Brussel

  • Actually, after Amsterdam they then go to Berlin, not Brussels :)

  • wow i wish i cud go sometime ... is it annual?

  • They are currently Touring Europe and had finished their North American tour. They will be in Europe for about four years or so.

  • ummm yea btw did they eva come to canada (bc?????)

  • Yes, they are originally from Quebec. They toured between the U.S. and Canada. They have been to Laval, Montreal, and Quebec.

  • great...quebec - opposite side of canada from bc thnx lol

  • Yea! Sorry....I'm sure they will come back tho...

  • gawd, i cant wait to see them now that they are finnaly in my country!! (netherlands)

  • Fantastic! You will LOVE this show! I worked with the company for a few months and they are all my friends. When you see the show, do let me know what you thought of it! Hope you enjoy!

  • im sure ill love it and i couldnt imagine not-enjoying the show. i have got a question though (to lazy to look on the site hehe), can i take pictures/films? im a very enthousiastic young amateur photografer, so im kinda curious if i can bring my camera and if i will be kicked out yes or no =)

  • Yea, sorry to say that you can not take pics during the show, but if you have bought the Rendez-Vouz tickets (which takes you to the stables afterwards), you can take pics then. I got this film from one of the riders in the show as a momento. You will get kicked out if you do take any pics or film.

  • okay.. but i can take my camera inside? i mean, if we are going to buy those rendez-vouz tickets -we havent buyed tickets yet- i do wanna make sure my camera is safe, and i dont like just leaving it behind somewhere.

  • Yes, of course you can take your camera in with you! Truth is those tickets are the only way to go if you want to see the best parts of the show! Take great pics (I too am a photographer) and enjoy the show, please let me know what you thought of it!

  • i totally forgot to let you know what i thought of the show! sorry! anyways; i did like it a lot, but i was disappointed to be honest. i expected to see more of the band between the horses and the riders. with some you could really see it! but with a couple of them it almost seemed as if they didnt communicate at all. dont get me wrong, i did love the show. i was just really disappointed over that fact. i would deffo go to see them again if i had the chance though

  • Yea, you know sometimes they did show the band more and other times they didn't. Normand was always trying to change things up a little. For instance the girl who plays the cello came out during the Bungee Cavalier act and played on stage. That was really sool and so moving! I am glad that you had fun tho!

  • two of these guys were from my vaulting team, but i never got to see it live. :( been looking everywhere for footage, thanks so much for posting!

  • You are very welcome! May I ask who the two people were? Was it Alethea and Erik by any chance? I worked with the show and one of the riders (Karen Turvey) put this together for me. Hope to hear back from you soon! Thanks!

  • yup, thats them. :)thanks again!

  • Oh that is so cool! They were really great people to work with and so was Comet! Well, thanks again!

  • I was quite disappointed by this video, I must say. Almost everything they did on the horses was basic stuff that you can see at any vaulting club demonstration. We learned those moves at a horse camp I went to when I was 11! Not nearly as hard as it looks.

  • Well, you would have to see the rest of the show to really appreciate it. I am sorry you did not like the video, its a shame.

  • I really wanted to see the show, and my best friend actually had really great tickets and wanted to take me -- but that would have meant flying from Canada to L.A., and I couldn't afford it. I know they do some really amazing things in the show, and the horses are beautiful...guess that's why I expected to see something more unusual in their trick riding. Now, that being thrown into the air and balancing on a stick, well, I could never do that -- that's for sure!

  • What good, quiet horses. And balanced riders.

  • Awesome! I loved it! It's a good chance to see the stuff that wasn't in it when I saw it. Though there's none of Fred doing his bit. Ah well. It's fantastic!
