Thank you so much for this video. Lisa Nichols' message really ministered to my spirit. She really sowed into my soul. I am eternally grateful. Thank u again for sharing and God bless you.
This reminds me of the saying that people come to your life for a minute, a season or a lifetime...and I always add that you can live a lifetime in one minute. Love that expression: the relationship is complete.
How did I know that it was dysfunctional? Because I've been there done that.
I try not to beat myself up over it though because it can happen to anyone and in fact you and I are in good company. Maya Angelou once told a similar story.
Dear USMerchantMarines - how in the world did you know it was "dysfunctional". Honestly, I'd need a whole new word to describe that relationship that left me so broken I never thought I'd find all the pieces of my broken heart. I called it a "bad break-upp". Thanks a lot for the comment. The channel is geared towards women, but Lisa's message has no gender. Love is genderless and so are the feels attached to when a relationship is "complete". Thanks a million for taking the time :-)))))
Even though this video is geared towards women I watched it and learned a new way of speaking about past relationships.
That instead of speaking about past relationships that have ended as break ups to instead say that the relationship was completed. How we say things really does affect the way that we and others perceive things.
I wonder though what do you call it when you have ended a dysfunctional relationship?
