I'll give you one thing though. Some drivers can be rude, but a lot of it is the result of jackasses who make their job harder than it has to be. If the guy already called for a supervisor, why do you still need to know where he's coming from, what his name is, how old he is, what he had for breakfast, and what color underwear he's wearing? People like you think they're fighting for a noble cause when in fact they're just making an ass of themselves. DrAlNonymous, SHAME ON YOU!!!

You're such an idiot! If you leave your baby in the stroller and the bus happens to make a sudden stop, your kid goes flying. Also, it blocks the aisle which in the event of an emergency can be very dangerous. The purpose of the lift is for the physically disabled, not people with a basket full of groceries, 10 dogs and a chicken. If the driver told you what the policy is, ACCEPT it. I'm so sick of people who pay a little bit of money and think they should be treated like royalty. Suck it!

This is one of the most arrogant, annoying, and smartass passenger ever. The driver kindly and respectfully explains the situation to this bugger, yet this crazy passenger insists in antigonizing the situation. Lucky the driver has common sense and patience, otherwise this crazy passenger would have been beatup and show some respect. Funny, with a $1.25 he's asking for espcial service, I say he should get his own car, or else he should get the F' out San Frans. Tipical white do.

oh please. The ramp isn't a substitute for your minivan, it is for the physically challenged. Leave your crap home. And the driver is not a communications major, he's a poor grunt doing a very monotonous and thankless job. There's no camera at your place of work I'll bet where you can stand in the harsh glare of the world's judgement.
