not really a cheap swap to do bro the motor tranny wiring harness and under dash harness for the stock stk cluster you need to run is like 5k alone then if you get the f22c you have to bypass immobilizers wich meens flashing ecu and reprogramming and you also have to space the front cross member 3 inchs unless you want to cut yourself a new trans tunnel so all in all even if you do most of your own fab work your gona spend about 7500 on average and you could do a nicly built 3sgte for that
or even build a really nice turbo twincam motor includint internals and a full build. but it is blasphamy but consider this maybe he is function over form and maybe he wants something that puts out decent power that he can abuse at track and drive home or even daily drive if he wanted. ?
