It's "fake" because freeze frames of each title are used here, instead of them appearing progressively on the original film (yes, the Warner Bros. shield SHOULD have zoomed into the opening title at the beginning). Otherwise, it's somewhat accurate.
This is a 1952 reissue, as most of them during that period featured "THE END" in their closing titles instead of the traditional "That's All, Folks!".
The end title logo with the 1938-41 music was heard on these cartoons:
A Day at the Zoo (1939) (reissued 11/8/52)
The Early Worm Gets the Bird (1940) (first reissue 10/2/43; second reissue 11/29/52)
Mighty Hunters (1940) (reissued 6/13/53)
The Fighting 69-1/2th (1941) (first reissue 12/4/43; second reissue 7/11/53)
Sniffles Takes a Trip (1940) (reissued 8/1/53)
Wacky Wildlife (1940) (reissued 8/29/53)

The opening segment of The Bashful Buzzard was a revamp of Bugs Bunny Gets The Boid or vice versa.
