Why does the cars at the front while the engine is behind? How can the driver control the train in this arrangement?

In this arrangement, the aero-dynamic wil not be very effiicient.

@applesweeter it makes it easier for the train crews so they don't have to constantly turn the train around. It's called "Push" mode when the engine is in the back. The engineer has a control panel in the rear car to control the Engine. (same in the engine) but yes non aero-dynamic at all.
