I thought this was a great end to Season 4 (Series 4 for you Brits), though I thought "Last of the Time Lords" was the best season ender so far (I can hear it now. BLASPHEMY!). God bless!

Now that the Christmas Special has aired, I'm playing catch-up.

It's amazing that just watching you watch those parts made me relive the emotions as well.

Talking about reactions, did you not find the ending crap. I mean the way Donna hit a switch, lever or whatever, and bang all the Daleks die.

Oh no! There's a million Daleks, oh wait what's that switch. "In case Russell T Davis Runs Out Of Ideas, Press This Button To Destroy Every Dalek, Again"

If they had actually destroyed the Daleks in a good, well planned out way, then the episode would have been perfect, the rest of it was.

i cried so mcuh when da doctor took away donnas memories, i woz soooo sad, it woz just mildly betta then actually killig her :(:(:(

As I watched it back with my friends, we found that when the Doctor was taking away Donna's memory, it became harder to watch!

(And were not sure it that's just us or not).

That scene where they showed how many people The Doctor has hurt really, really got to me. I mean, my mouth was opened in shock,

& The end where Donna started repeating stuff I knew what was coming and I was dreading it. I mean, I didn't even like her character that much... but, wow. It got to me.

I was just watching that pre Series 4 trailer, the one that was in UK cinemas first. That line from Donna gave me a lump in my throat. "If you ever see a little blue box flying in the sky, you shout for me gramps. Oh you just shout." It's so sad because he says he will still look for the blue box, but now he can never shout.

Ah, so true. They were best friends, Donna and the Doctor. Their relationship was definitely different from the ones he shared with Rose and Martha.
