Hi, I'm not sure of the power but the yellow one is the Sea-Scooter original anf the gold (brown) one was the Sea-Scooter Turbo (I'm sure you can find details on the web). We were testing them as we were thinking of buying some for our snorkelling club. To be honest, I found them rather underpowered, I could easily outswim, even the turbo, and with fins on I left it standing!
i bought one yesterday but it is cooler than the yellow one
