They have done very good job in sharing yoga with the us, everyone has his/her own state of mind to see or analyze things, I'm not concern about Kabbalah's history. I am doing yoga for many years and have also motivated many friends (male n female) to get unique benefits of yoga. KABBALAH has shared very useful poses with us free of cost, I highly appreciate their holistic work.

i'd rather say this video shown here has absolutely nothing to do with kabbalah what so ever! there's a version called Nam Yoga which mixes yoga and kabbalistic chants, but the video only uses the word kabbalah as a fancy term to fool the buyer

kabbalah Yoga???? y u r tryin to make people fool? Yoga was practiced by Rishis in India to attain hiher conciousness.
The letter that is engraved all over is OM. Its a Sanskrit word that defines the wholeness. It represents God or the cosmic energy.
these are jus one part of yoga and this is known as hatt Yoga(the physical exercise part). There are other parts of yoga. u can search on net.
