lin-manual miranda is bsolutely amazing and i was blessed to have seen him perform in LA. i can't imagine this production without him. and such strong women in the cast!!! this production just made me so proud. and i'm not even latina! maybe it's because i'm second generation and i connected so well with the plight and stories of this community. bravo to everyone in this production. a well-deserved tony. I've never really been into hip hop or latino music. Until In The Heights. This music just drip with the passion of Lin-Manuel Myranda. He's totally gifted, and he deserves all of the 'Alabanza' in the world. I've never heard such amazing music in my life, and even though I'm only 17 I seriously doubt there will ever be anything on Broadway like this. It's just breathtaking. And it's made me realize my dream. To be in this wonderful musical. This music makes me want to dream big.
