Yooo. I take the same. Do you ever take more than one per day and do you try it with fatfree or almond milk? I heard its good to take as soon as u wake up, immediately after workouts, and maybe late night if your hungry to replace a late night snack.
@bdrizzle1989 yeah I just bought vanilla ice-cream flavor a few days ago. I usually go with that or cookies & cream. I used to do chocolate but I find that fruit mixes better with cookies & cream or vanilla, at least for me
@bdrizzle1989 workout days, I will take it twice at the very least but no more than 3 times per day (recommended serving). I take it everyday first thing in the morning with milk and other ingredients and post workout with water. late night, some people prefer casein protein (slow release) but I have yet to purchase that since cottage cheese has a lot of the same benefits.
@sanitary103 sweet... thanks for the input. I still run 7 days a week but i try to keep the protein shakes to the days i lift...Im gonna pick up a 2 lb of cookies n cream try it out hahah. wish they didnt cost 25 bucks a pop tho :-\
is it ok to walk on the treadmill after lifting for like 15 to 30 minutes or should you immediatley after your lift take in protien and not do any cardio???

@PittsburghArab this depends on your on physical goals..
if your doing saying Crossfit, then I'd say ok. But straight body building, bulking up, a walk for 5-15 min is all you need if you must..
