Perhaps it's splitting hairs, but I'm still confused why everyone translates it as "My Ear's Candy". While "내귀의 캔디" and "내귀에 캔디" are pronounced nearly the same, the lyrics list the latter, which would more properly be translated as "Candy to my ears", much as one would say in English "music to my ears", as opposed to the former which would indeed be interpreted literally as "candy belonging to the ear."

Again, probably splitting hairs, but I do love nuances, and notice when they're missing.
