  • nice amount of space

  • on the res sex, the males have long, skinny tails and longer claws (that grow much longer after awhile ive found) and the females have shorter, fatter tails. i love the pond and cant wait to be able to do that for my 4!

  • You just answered my question in the video. Sorry about that.

  • Awesome pond! What lucky turtles. How many gallons is it?

  • Both of them look like females but i think that you may have to wait until they're 4 inches in shell length, if they're not already.

  • or look at there bellies i heard if it concaved is a male so it can mount a female when mateing...and females have flat bellies

  • wonderful work...there is nothing more cool than a turtle pond...as they get bitter you may want to raise the walls because turtles are *great* climbs---my sliders could easily climb bushes and up bricks...if you need anything post to turtletimes(doct)com 5/5 stars!

  • How much did it cost to make all of this? Cause i wanted to make one for my turtles

  • The whole thing probably cost us about $300.00, but it is well worth it because they will be able to enjoy this for years. Kate

  • great turtles.bet they couldnt be happier.great job

  • Thanks, they are part of the family and I couldn't imagine not giving them the best!

  • If the turtles are male they will have very long claws and a long tale.

  • I know that but they are just barely a year old now so their features are not fully noticeable yet. Seymour definitely looks like a male though, his claws are much longer and his tail is long and wide.
