stupid!!! and they still address him as "DR. Starnes".. he has no Doctrate Degree it's a fake.. I was in houston from 2003 to 2006 and moving back to Eagle Pass was the worst thing i ever did.. so i'm moving back to Hustle Town.. Home of Da Playas and Pimps AKA "The City of Dreams" cuz Eagle Pass has no Future becauase of ppl like Starnes and those on the city council.

Cazares: you were elected to protect the community, not to put on blindfolds to try to protect your friend. Stop the investigation? Please..... You close your eyes, stuff your ears but you can not stop the community from finding out from a respected and credible news media the truth and the results from an investigation that you, the city council should have done.
