Nothing has changed, I lived in PG county for 10 years and my daughter got all "F"S and was passed. She refused to get good grades because she didn't want her butt kicked. We moved to Calvert and had her take that year over.
I don't see how Elliot is ridiculing him. He's just repeating back to Dexter what he said. I agree with Elliot, how do you go through 4 years of college and not be able to read. Its completely unacceptable for colleges to just pass these students because they're athletes. A career in the NFL, NBA, etc doesn't last for very long and they're going to need real life skills.

He also effectively ended Danny White's blooming career with one hit. Danny White is cross eyed to this day from that hit that pretty much sent us to the Super Bowl.
