Better shoulder position and stance, tense your shoulder up before firing to absorb more recoil, feet staggered and shoulder width like the last guy did, and lean into it! Putting more weight on your front foot shifts your center of gravity forward enough to allow a reaction time once the recoil is felt to stabilize yourself.

Also, this gun is more than likely meant for shooting from the prone position, not upright.
