Yeah, it really has a real engine (as you can see from that description). It's a moped engine made by Solifer (ex finnish company). Maybe that mark isn't so well known outside on Finland, but those are very "strong" and reliable engines.
looks great for kids, slow enough to be safe, yet is that a tow ball i see at the back??? I tow my jet ski and atv trailer in/out of the garage with my mower and snowblower LOL. I just threw a tow ball on each.
