Despite Rogue's power, they've kissed quite many times. :D Ah, of course it was a mess when X-men lost their powers in that Antarctica story but at least that gave Rogue and Gambit one night together.

Seriously, it depends on what the writers come up with. Either it's she loses their powers or something similar. I think there was something about Gambit's powers negating Rogue's. I haven't read most of the comics, so I don't know for sure.
