I am not due until the 29th but I had some painful early contractions last week. It is crazy because this is the stance and rocking that I did to ease my cramps. It is like it was just a natural motion to do for the pain.
This is a great example of how to cope with labor. Thankyou for sharing this I think it will help a lot of women who are planning an unmedicated birth.

in my 2nd labour I was screaming for someone to help me help me as my contractions were so strong, my daughter was born within 30mins of arriving at the hospital no doctor made it just a midwife, which didn't bother me cause I think the doctors suck.
@nessaf81 "just" a midwife lol... doctors do not usually birth babies over here in NZ unless there are serious complications etc.. majority of all births are midwife lead.. and its better that way :D
