You're talking about the Church of Satan, I think. I know, that they don't belive in god or devil, but this atheistic satanism isn' t the ONLY satanism. The modern one, like the curch of satan, is atheistic but there are also old ones which are theistic.
However, I didn't want to talk about satanism all in all. And that's anyway no reason to become abusive.

Caucasion youngsters who sport the cadaverous getup with drastic contrasting cosmetic schemes, wearing a deadpan, to look like they keep plenty of company with gargolyes, gouls, Morticia Addams, Count Orlok & Peter Lorre, during the midnight hour, are bound to stir up us outsiders to draw conclusions. I have a sneaking suspicion that this kind of nocturnal style is intended to stimulate us outgroups to make adverse comment.
To make us feel that we have come into contact with authentic weirdness of a macabre kind. When that happends they look for signs of nervousness, timidity, or downright discomfort. And when they do get what they expect, then they feel a smug sense of superiority, that their way of style serves as an instrument to elicit the kind of responses in us conventionals that justifies the Goth to label us as illiberal, stupid, backward, myopic, or just doomed for downfall and ruin. It's all a gimmick.

BTW but even though MM is a honorary priest of satan, he not santanic himself. i watch a couple of videos of him talking about it and i think he just has a deep respect for Anton LeVey (founder of the church of satan) and for the no bullshit aprouch to life that santists have.

my parents think it's just puberty but then i started to listen to metal and i really liked it.
