  • Excellent stuff! Very good example of working from the bind and good footwork and hand protection exhibited. The change to half swording is sharp and accurate.

Foot and hip alignments are fast and accurate as far as one can see on a video.

The elegant hand of Vadi in motion. Keep it up.

  • I assume this is a winding exercise as it exhibits very weak attacks with cuts, slashes or thrusts? Neither of you is using your body to assist the sword and thus this is basically rapier with stiffer, heavier swords. Neither your legs, hips or body work with the sword, this is the opposite of the German school for example.

  • I haven't heard such a unqualified statement on the subject in years - congrats. this IS a perfect example on how the whole body works with the sword, especially on carlos' side.

  • If it is a winding exercise then (as I explained) then there is some merit here. In terms of technique there are massive problems and this video is far from perfect. Both fencers hands are exposed, there is no intent in the cuts, most of the technique is out of distance. Only part of the body is used.

  • Genial chavales, buen trabajo. Aunque a uno de los tiradores lo veo un poco cojo ;D.

  • Hey guys! Is this a winden/drei wunder training? In that case it's marvellous. The footwork is excellent and the combination of thrusts and strikes makes me jealous. Is it sparring/freeplay training I really misses the initial attack.

    Sincerely

    /Robert
