That's not a Steinberger. It's a Kramer model called "The Duke," with a neck built from a core of solid aluminum, with wood inserts in the back.

The Kramer aluminum models (with headstock) were around before Steinberger came along, and then The Duke was their answer to Steinberger at a lower price.

I don't see why so many people are bashing the Steinberger in this video. It's a very excellent bass guitar, and having it in your collection is no worse than having a good Fender.

Gotta have that Geezer feel into it! Every solo like this isn't perfect unless you get to moving WITH it, most people just play around in the key he's in and hit all the notes in any order they want. 3/5. GET A FENDER OR IBANEZ BASS :)
