@JPulido421 You always want time based effects after your distortion. So if you're using the distortion in your amp, then you want to run it in your loop. If you're getting your distortion from pedals and have your amp set clean, then you would put it after your distortion pedals. You could put it in the loop in this case as well, but there wouldn't really be a point unless you're using distortion on the amp.
