  • I been fixin' to blow like Mount St. Helen's since last Sunday when I made these for my sisters third wedding. Anyway, she is seriously messed up in the head and so are her kids, and they're all fat and retarded. How do you keep people's kids from eating the bacon around the dogs and the bacon explosion (I made four of those) and leaving the rest of it there on the table?

    I swear if I ever see her ghoulish, opossum eyed children do that again I will flip!!!!

  • is there any chance charcoals are being pretty much cooled down by colsing lid, regardless of considering that 4 holes in the lid are still open

  • yes'r, your temp will drop. How much will depend on how many red hot charcoal you have goin'. With some practice, you can maintain temps as high as 500f, with enough charcoal and removing the lid occasionally to stoke the fire...

  • hello, I love your recipes but i had a question. I noticed your lobster was dead... how long has it been dead cause i mean you shouldn't be cooking dead lobster unless you killed it less then 5 minutes to cooking. Thanks BBQWEB
