Sam B is black so it was not the guy in the intro , and Logan the White guy, has tattoos on his arms, and in 1 point in the intro you seen the mans arms. Also the 4 chars are somehow immune to the virus. so even if the where passed out during the outbreak they wouldn't turn into the infected.
