You think your opposite the same way people think coke and pepsi are different. You just buy expensive cola.

I dont know how to say this without coming off as an asshole, but the only reason for you to say that is to make your beliefs seem less crazy.

Secular beliefs are based on proof, logic, and reason. Religious beliefs rely on none of those. Religious beliefs rely solely on emotional appeal. Which one of the two is more reliable? Emotions or evidence?

If you actually arent religious and are just trying to make a point, then whatever, you still see what Im saying here.

My point is facts are temporary. Take Darwin's theory. In time it will be dismissed as nothing more than dogma eventually. Why? Because as science progresses so does what is fact.

Now what do you think will happen when Darwin becomes another false prophet. People will fight to maintain the Dogma. Guarantee.

Oh, please. Evolution has been proven thousands of thousands of times over without ever once being proven false. Evolution is konwn as a fact and the only thing that scientists are still unsure about is how exactly it works.

We can see evolution with our own eyes, anyway (micro). Saying that one day evolution will be dismissed is like saying one day gravity will be dismissed. Its ridiculous.

Its obvious you know nothing about how many trials evolution has gone though.

I'm not talking about evolution I'm talking Darwin's theory. Evolution is common sense(change over time). That's objective reality. Denying that is absurd.

Ha at the SSA group at my school, we're happy if we raise 40 bucks so we can have a table at the student group open house. Seems like a small goal maybe but everyone is super cheap and we're not a very popular group on campus so donations are impossible, as the school really conservative.

it really bothers me. like...she knows it so much. it sometimes feels forced. as an atheist and a VP of my colleges SSA group, i like her stuff, but its like cherry bumkins and lollypops.
