im not sure about the usa, but in the uk 'diversity' has been put into place basically as a way of us adapting to the immigrants, rather than them adapting to us. Its pathetic and when you look into it, its actually racism but with a left wing bent. Companies in the uk even have policies about ethnic minority quotas, which basically means if you are white hetrosexual native brit you might as well not even both applying.
