sounds awesome man. hey what would recommend for a decent trumpet that's not $1000 or more? I'm getting into playing some ska stuff and can do a lot by ear already, but i want a better playing trumpet than the crappy old one i have that was from the high school lol.

@brentalous thanks for the comment and for horns under $1000 the only ones i can think of that would have a decent sound would be any one of the getzen capri models ive also heard allora puts out a nice pro horn for $600 and actually the one i used in this video is a 12 year old student model bach at the time it was $800

i actually listen to some ska p my favorite song by them is el gato lopez, and if im not mistaken they do use both trumpet and trombone, and i dont know if this is true but i was told that they used keyboards for the horn sections

it has lots of buttons but its actually just 6 main buttons other buttons have diff notes while others are the same notes as the 6 but in different locations, i found the trumpet way harder

pretty much the same as a trumpet as far as blowing, with the added difficulty of just playing with slides and not having valves....well unless you buy a valve trombone but then u miss out on what makes a trombone sound cool, its all about the slide....i dont mean to sound like a queer or nothin' but both are hard to play
