What saddens me so much is the fact that medical community,  and coaches have the public convinced that head injuries are a rare occurrence in football. Death may be rare but there are thousands of kids that have sustained life threatening head or spinal cord injuries and never fully recover. Some need months and even years of physical therapy just to be able to walk again. Concussions & head injuries have become an epidemic in this country. Check out the website Glorybound. good for you man i couldnt imagin beinga friend/parent or teamate and dealing with this. i play HS lacrosse up in NJ and i just hope nothing like this happens
