  • nice sled i have the same exact one. 2004 xcsp 600. i got a couple vids of it too

  • dude thats sick ha

  • We got a freak snow storm a couple weeks ago. I locked the lights in solid blue and did a quick run around the house. I got the running boards on, but need more snow to film the whole kit.

  • Nice Video.

I just installed some myself (from different maker though). I can not wait to see how they look on the snow.

  • Cool effect, man... Sorry I ditched on omeagle, but on an iPhone if you leave to watch a vid, you get disconnected. Where's the link for your bike?

  • haha thanks for lettin me know, I thought you just ditched. The video of my bike is also on this account, but I don't think I can post the link in the comment

  • could you send me the link you used to get these?

  • hey can you send me a link to the type of bulb you got of that website?

That looks so good i might do it next year

also how much did it cost all togather?

  • The lights are $5 each on the web site. YouTube rejects comments with links, so I'll message you the link.

  • How much did it cost you to put the under glows and what did they hook up to the battery or there own battery?

  • The lights were $10 each, the switch was about $3 and I took the wire off a bunch I already had. The lights are hooked to the engine as the power source. The sled doesn't have a battery and neither do the lights.

  • How hard was it to hook up the lights to the power source? And are the neon's?

  • They're LEDs and it wasn't hard at all. I found a positive power source in the wiring for the electric start option. If you've got a battery, wire it to the battery. If you don't have one, try and find one of those extra plugs.

  • What type of LED's did you get? Did you get the single bulb ones or the string? And i think i could use the Visure (i can't spell it but i hope you understand it) plug in to hook it up if i did want to put a under glow.

And how many LEDs did you use? I think i could use little Christmas ones if i felt real cheap but i think if i were to do i should do it properly.

  • I used 2 single bulb dual-colour LEDs. There's one on each side. I don't know about Christmas lights, but you'd have to make sure they were 12-volt bulbs or they definately wouldn't work.

  • So you only used one bulb on each side! Wow they are pretty strong!

Do you think that one on each side is plenty?

  • I would definately say one on each side is enough, for the blue at least. The red is a little dim but it's pretty good.

  • Would i be able to run 2 lights off one circuit? And the blue is pretty bright compared to the red.

    Thanks!

  • yes

  • If i were to run 2 lights on one circuit would they be dim?

And i bet you get a lot of looks when you are at a gas bar at night or late at the club house and flick them on!

  • there's only one circuit in the sled, and your headlights will dim before the LEDs do. You could probably string about 50 on there before they start to dim your system.

  • Yeah normally LEDS are pretty easy on juice and are really bright.

But i think 50 leds is a waste you don't need that many though.

  • haha I didn't mean put 50 LEDs on one! I was just making a point :)

  • Don't worry i got the point.

  • Niceeee i like how the light changes underneth the snowmachen!!!! :)
