The 'power' and 'money' he is talking about are used to help protect the people charged with the responsibility of teaching your ignorant spawn of stupidity. Listen to the whole speech people, this snippit is completely out of context. Poorly written portion of his speech but out of context none-the-less.

Oh, and the next time you see a teacher ask them how much the 'money and power' mean to them when buffoons like you start attacking their profession.

If government cared about education, they'd offer school vouchers so parents who didn't abort their unborn children could have a choice about the education of the children they loved enough to keep.
