@bootsamou i think i have this now, at times my face feels like its been pushed forward through pressure and only my left nose is blocked (i think due to infection) but when i blow my nose hard green or yellow mucus start to come out, (i know its disgusting) sometimes it comes out in large or small quantities, im just wondering, will this naturally clear up if i just keep doing this? or will i have to take extra antibiotics?

Chiropractic great way to keep body healthy and balanced at all times. Bit a of dilemma with antibiotics? They dont just target germs but also take out good guys. Sinus hard to treat with antibiotics as blood suppy (which carries the antibiotics) greatly restricted by bunged-up sinus cavity. No dairy (produces mucus). you have to be careful with those nettie pots or any sort of irrigators. I say this, because I had my first insanely painful ear infection as a result of using those techniques. Somehow, it must have spread the infection into the ear. that vibrating electric hammer thing looks like a hoax to me. I can't honestly believe this treatment being shown in the video. The mechanism does not look sufficient to accomplish anything at all. I believe this hammer device treatment to be a hoax.

This treatment can't fix an infection, all it can do is stimulate the mucus and encourage it to drain making the pain ease and thus making you feel better, BUT... the infection will still be there.

You should go see a real doctor for a sinus infection. When a sinus infection gets bad it can eat threw bone, it is best to see a real doctor who can decide if you need meds or not.

@shashaniification First, what doctors have you seen and what have they said. Have you seen a dentist recently. How is your dental health? When you brush your teeth, floss, you should also use a tongue scaper every time you brush. Go get a specialty mouth wash like Therabreath or SmartMouth. They do not have alcohol, but use special deodorizing chemicals. They also make a deodorizing nasal spray you might want to look into...But my do you assume the odor is coming from your nose?

@shashaniification First of all, don't listen to a chiro.they are BS...and they shouldn't be pretending to treat sinus infections. I recommend staying away from them all together. It has been shown they cause a high number of stokes through neck adjustments. As far as your sinus issue goes, have you ever seen an ENT. That would be my first suggestion. Get a proper examination form an ENT. They can scope you sinuses and see what is really going on. For you it sounds like you need it.

Have you ever had a any scans done of your sinuses Have you taken antibiotics often for your sinus troubles? Do you suffer from allergies ,post nasal drip? How do you now your Halitosis(Bad breath) is originating from your nose?It could also come from your mouth..teeth.tongue, possibly your tonsils. Check if your tonils have white spots on them, they can be stones that can be removed

@shashaniification i really wonder if you have used antibiotics frequently. You may have a fungal infection caused by overuse of antibiotics. That will show up on a culture. Go on youtube an look up the videos on tonsilliths..that may be your problem. They can give people who have perfect dental health fetid breath. Many people spend years before they realize what the problem is. They are a simple problem to cure and if that is the problem you can irrigate them out and be cured in a few minutes

i've been suffering from sinusitis for 3 days(Congestion, pain, facial swelling and pressure), although I have heard of lymphatic massage I'd never tried it.
