i saw this tonight at my university and honeslty it just plain amazing.

A must have this movie. All my life I felt so alone & conflicted. I now know that I am not alone & someone else thought my thoughts & finally spoke my shame away. His family's journey & movie is a blessing.Thank you Chico for doing the things you didn't set to do & that your work is on point & on time.

wow you really hit home everything you said is how i have been feeling inside for years being abused by my mom and others i guess the sense of wanting to belong and being accepted and i also no that feeling of having your tail between the legs..you know when in your abusers pressence you resort back to being that child and your heart is silenced..and theres this big elephant in the room and we just keep passing by it ....thanx for sharing your story
