Directors don't always write their scripts, and Michael Bay certainly doesn't. That's the job of the writers. The job of the director is to draw out performances and bring it to life visually in an engaging way...to give the words of the script living form.
That said, Micheal Bay is a bad at doing that and the writers suck too.

Well every movie is about a story. And a director or a producer dont invest huge sums of money for some obscure actor to show his acting skills. May be michael bay too has bevome self obssessed. In the earlier drafts of the screenplay the character of Stanley Goodspeed is pretty boring, so I'm pretty sure some of his coolness, even if it's geeky coolness, comes from Tarantino. His introduction where he receives the Beatles LP sounds like it could have been written by him, as well as a couple of other scenes. Do you know what he contributed?

No, it wasn't. It was fucking awful. Seriously, it has nothing going for it. Awful dialogue, bad acting, terrible attempts at comedy, annoying stereotypes, no character development, a story that didn't make sense and way over the top action. At 2 and a half hours, it's also FAR too long.

Well, this is interesting. I mean I can't choose a side on who's good and bad. I also think that we don't personally both know them. So, we can't judge their attitude. Sure, we've seen them do interviews, but what if they were planned that way? In reality, we know almost nothing about these "celebs". The only thing I care about is that Megan isn't going to be in T3. Which is a shame. I liked her in it and it'll be hard to imagine her gone.

@SuperKane5 I've seen it maybe 8 or 9 times, but Tarantino's signature isn't on it like other movies where he's on of the credited writers. In the earlier drafts of the screenplay the character of Stanley Goodspeed is pretty boring, so I'm pretty sure some of his coolness, even if it's geeky coolness, comes from Tarantino. His introduction where he receives the Beatles LP sounds like it could have been written by him, as well as a couple of other scenes. Do you know what he contributed?

No, it wasn't. It was fucking awful. Seriously, it has nothing going for it. Awful dialogue, bad acting, terrible attempts at comedy, annoying stereotypes, no character development, a story that didn't make sense and way over the top action. At 2 and a half hours, it's also FAR too long.
