As a white dude, I can tell you I don't care for the hop but the low and sorta stock but tricked, damn it moves me. There is nothing as cool as a low clean ,,, I guess low and slow. I guess there is two trains of thought. Low and slow and hoppers. Right. I can dig both just those low rides is what I'm working on. My friends go you should be a f/mexican. That will suit me fine, go get you a civic ;)

If you want know more just hit me up in a message I know all most all there is to know about Lowrider history cuz I talk to some older Lowrider veteranos and read some documents about lowriding history and if you want to know about Barrio history I know a lot of that too feel free to hit me up and I didn't make anything up it's all documented you can read it on the Peterson Automtive Museum they know that Lowriding is a Chicano thing

Lowriding did not start up north Lowrider Magazine and hopping did tho Lowriding was started in LA by the Ruelas brothers and there were some others and Chicanos were the ones that started Lowriding,Gang Banging, and the Pachucos Mexicans didn't like pachucos or lowriding because of the zoot suit riots but the Chicanos still let the Mexicanos roll with them but not very many did, read the Lowrider History Book and it says Chicanos were the ones who started it

@BUCHANAN347i'm from san jose and proud of it. s.j has a strong lowrider culture that's been around for years, you're right lowrider magazine was first published in northern cali, san jose.1977. but that doesn't make northern cali its birthplace. everyb ody knows lowriding started in los angeles back in the 30's or 40's by the zoot suiters.
