I have a much simpler way to do it.

Spawn Pegasus. Shrink it to a manageable size with a shrink ray. Mount Pegasus and cut the rope with a knife. Then, go underneath the starrite, and open the cage. Catch the star rite as it's falling down.

Puzzle solved. No need to do all this flamboyant nonsense.

I make boulders, then put them in the lava. They don't get destroyed, and the Starite falls onto one of them. Then I let go of the tophat, and fall onto a boulder. Then I hop on the boulders and grab the Starite. :)

i'd use a pair of wings a chainsaw and a drill. i'd put the wings on the boy man whatever he is and give him the chainsaw to cut the rope and he will fly to the box thingy and use a drill to make a hole in the top and then get the starite

All i did was take 2 wires and out them on that steel box on the right. Then i set the rope on fire and wait for it to burn apart.

After I empty the crate and catch the starite.
