I think the Ebadd13 might be technically written C minor 7 in first inversion (6-5-3-1). Great video! Visual teaching is the most efficient way to get people into music- then teach them the other stuff after they've learned to care about it (and worked up a bit of confidence in the process).

i came up with this description. according to the basses the chord in the progression should be called

C Dbmaj7 Eb6

chorus F C Dbmaj7 Eb6

its very important to pay atention to the voicing structure cause that's what makes the progression sound kind of dark.The same chords with "wrong" voicing will lead you to a "happier" sound,wich i guess isn't what it should do because of the lyrics

there are parts where the order of the chords is changed.Dbmaj7 C Eb6you 'll hear when it happens

You play it through the software it comes with. I forget exactly what effect I was using.... some sort of distortion with some sort of synth preset or maybe piano...... I don't know. I'm PRETTY sure I had to use distortion.

It's not too hard to figure this song out. It's just 3 variations on the same few chords. It's mainly just getting that 10/8 timing down. But thanks for posting videos like this.

I think the 10/8 timing is pretty easy. The "yesterday i woke up sucking a lemon" part is tough but other than that just use the good old four-to-the-flour method to keep you in time.
