Air Canada has improved quite a bit actually, and in my experience some other airlines are MUCH worse. Like TAP (air portugal). Worst service to date, and lisbon airport is just as terrible (I know the airline has nothing to do with the airport, but some people are criticizing pearson, which I feel is quite good).

Buses have no food, no beverages, no air conditioning (choice of the driver), surely cant get u to Australia, Aisia, Africa and Europe, and lastly Buses break down more times than a plane has an accident.
