nice work man, I happen to be using the 5/3/1 myself. 14 reps is a great number to hit when using the 5/3/1 especially on squats! What week workout was this for you?
As for depth its constantly a guessing game sometimes, you only looked a tad higher at most but looked deep enough to me, depth truly matters most in competition, but in training its ok not to always be picture perfect.
This was my 3rd week, i set my maxes pretty conservatively so i could keep progressing, and for some reason i actually got more reps the 2nd and 3rd weeks than 1st on squats and deadlifts. how long have you been doing 5/3/1?
oh wow 14 reps on week 3, now thats crazy! I barely break 10 reps on week with 95%. i have been using the 5/3/1 for about 5 cycles now about 20 weeks total, it has really helped me on my deads and squats.

is that your regular squatting form? i think u should use low bar if ure doing somthing around sumo squat

Box squat went from 365 to 465, and deadlift was down to 430 but went up to 500. Squat was 425 and now I hit 470.
