the 4runner at 6:25 is what i want mine to look like except with the wheels on the 4runner at 7:39!! whats the setup on the the one at 6:25? and what year?
Yes, it's the storm mountain near Drake, CO. It's the only way that I know of to the summit but I've only been there once and there are many trails in the area.
Have you ran the spur off of storm mountain called storn drain? Its supposed to be some long ass dead end spur with mad switch backs and kinda gnarly? Anythoughts on that?
No, we didn't get to run Storm Drain. It was closed so we just enjoyed what was open. Sounded like fun though. It would have been nice to find some harder sections but the people and the scenery still made the trail run a great one. I'd like to go back there sometime and check out the rest of the trail.
@glenyoshida yeah my clubs headin up there before too long I really wanna hit that trail I guess storm drain has some pretty gnarly switchbacks and is a good time but anyways right on for the info glen much appreciated!!
@glenyoshida hell yeah bor im always down to run with yotas all the group pretty much has jeepers but I like being different i have an s10 blazer lifted locked on 35's we should hook up for a run soon everyone just ran chinamans i didnt get to go :( but im thinkin eagle rock or something else real soon!! If only more of our trails would open up sooner!!
Thank you for the info, I have a 2000 SR5 with 32's muds on it, with 3" lift and ARB lockers front and rear, it works great, I was thinking of bigger tires, I may go 33"s with 16x8 rims but that's it, yours looks great!
The wheels are 16x8 with a -6mm offset. The tires are the Yokohama Geolandar MT+ 305/70R16. I have the Toyteclifts suspension lift. Toytec coilovers in the front and a special order for the rear which are basically the HD landcruiser coils and Bilstein shocks. I'd have to contact Toytec to find part numbers for those.

Is this the Storm Mountain near Drake? If so, do you know if this 4wd route is the only way to the summit? (I'm assuming the summit at 2:35)
Thanks
