Not fare to say bad words about these pilots. Many had only 300 hours of air time, including in civilian life. Yet they are flying war sorties, in rough winds, after battle, in huge size primitive planes, manually controlled, on a minimal landing strip.
I am a civilian pilot& ex-military. I understand the pressure of the battle, the bad airport, the rough seas, the old technology, the learning curve, the rough winds, and many other things. Let me see YOU land that plane in these conditions first, then we can take you seriously. BTW, they all landed, but bad landing.
I do't think so, most of the birds you see in these clips are shot to hell and back and being flown by wounded pilots,and btw it's not hard to land on the ground,try to land on something that moving in a shot up hellcat,while dealing with burns from a flash fire in the cockpit
No it doesn't need music. Why on earth should it 'need' music? Is it not possible to live for one second nowadays without music? This is a video about brave men crashing and being injured or killed. And all you can worry about is there's no fucking music. Get a life.
