Captain Sully, I do have such high opinion of your professialism that I have written about you in my book, "Layoffs & Hope". You are absolutely right that this is the age of human intellectual importance as opposed to traditional. In fact Steven Covey has pointed this out as well.
As an avaiation enhusiast, I am sad to see severe salary cuts, long hours, and trying the cheapest maintenance & resisting latest technology. CEOs need to act more Like Richard Branson of VA! Employees & customers 1st
